Students Excel at 2015 LPS Math Olympiad

Fourth and fifth grade teams from across the district participated in the 2015 LPS Math Olympiad on April 28^th. Throughout the school year, the teams met weekly to develop their skills in math and to stimulate their enthusiasm for the subject while providing satisfaction through meeting challenges.

1^st Place – Wilder Elementary

2^nd Place – Peabody Elementary

3^rd Place – Twain Elementary

5^th Grade Team Winners:

1^st Place – (Three way tie) – Centennial Academy, Franklin Elementary and Peabody Elementary

2^nd Place – Hopkins Elementary

3^rd Place – (Tie) – Highland Elementary and Runyon Elementary
